Bristlecone Family Resources is available to answer your questions about addiction treatment, recovery and prevention, and can provide information for individuals and their families. We are here to serve you.
Bristlecone uses a triage approach for individuals seeking information and treatment services. Our triage staff members are the first person you will interact with at Bristlecone. The triage staff is specially trained to quickly and thoroughly assess the immediate needs of the client and direct them to proper program, service, or staff member.
For more information about triage, to contact a counselor, to learn more about addiction, or any of Bristlecone's programs, send an email to info@bristleconereno.com or call (775) 954-1400.
Treatment admission prioritization for all programs, except for Civil Protective Custody Services, must be conducted in the following order:
1. Pregnant injection drug users
2. Pregnant substance abusers
Non pregnant injection drug users
All others
All providers, except those that don’t treat women, will make available services to pregnant women, publicize the availability of these services and the admission priority granted to pregnant women, either through street outreach programs or public services announcements.
